All orders are prepaid. We offer a 2% discount for customers who pay their invoices through the intuit link we send with the invoice.
We also accept all major credit cards, VISA, MC, AMEX and Discover. Checks are accepted but may delay the shipment of your order.

There is a 20% upcharge added to the cost of any chandelier that has fabric or shades added.

At Ellahome we have a firm no discount pricing policy. This is due to the custom nature of our products.
We are committed bringing the lowest possible price to the marketplace without sacrificing the quality of our products.
Freight damages must be reported on the date of order receipt to be eligible for credit/replacement.
An RGA form will be provided by Ellahome in the event that a return is authorized. The RGA form must be attached to the return shipment in a visible location, or the return shipment will be refused. All freight charges are non-refundable.
Custom and or installed items are not returnable. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to manufacturer defect.
Freight shipping documents must be marked prepaid for all returns that are not due to manufacturer error/defect.
All credits will be issued once a returned item has been delivered and inspected at our receiving warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain packaging materials for the return shipment. Any additional damage to a return shipment resulting from improper packaging may result in a reduction or loss of credit.
Orders cancelled before they are shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders may not be cancelled after they have been shipped.
All Ellahome items are MADE TO ORDER and generally ship within 6 weeks. Please contact us to discuss current production times if your order has special time constraints
Please call customer service within 7 days of the receipt of the order and we will adjust your account or replace any defective item. Shipping errors will be corrected immediately provided Ellahome is notified within 7 days of receipt. Freight charges are non-refundable. Ellahome, Inc. may elect to authorize repair or make other arrangements in lieu of return, replacement or account adjustment. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain original packaging materials for use in the event that a return shipment is authorized.
THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCT
Each item from Ellahome, Inc, is hand-made from start to finish. The individual craftsmanship will cause slight differences in each items measurement and finish. We, and the vast majority of our customers, think the imperfect nature of hand-made and finishing methods create a soulful look that is part of the charm and appeal of the product. NOTE THAT THE “DEEP OCEAN FINISH (DO)” HAS A NATURAL PATINA AND IS NOT SEALED. EXPOSING IT TO MOISTURE OR FRICTION WILL RESULT IN CHANGES THE OVERALL APPEARANCE OF THE ITEM. This is by design and not considered to be a defect. Please be aware that these blemishes and imperfections are non-structural in nature and are to be expected.
Custom items must be submitted for a quote, once approved they must be prepaid and they are not refundable!!
Shipping charges are prepaid FOB Atlanta GA. In some cases, the freight charges will be collected by the carrier at time of delivery. Freight quotes can be obtained at the time of order and typically range from 10-20% of the total order. Ellahome only ships business to business. If the carrier is sent into a residential area a lift-gate fee ($45), drop ship fee ($35), and residential fee ($35) will be to the Ellahome customer.
